Fleets is in closed Alpha testing. By registering an account with Fleets, or by registering on the forums, you agree to be bound by this NDA.
- You agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, create, reproduce, distribute, display or otherwise make available non-publicly released information about Fleets with anyone not participating in the Alpha Test, without the prior written consent of Metaspace Studios. In practical terms, this means any and all communication about the Alpha should take place on the forums.
- You agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, create, reproduce, distribute, display or otherwise make available screen shots or videos depicting Fleets or any element thereof without the prior written consent of Metaspace Studios.
- All elements of the Alpha Test are confidential, and you agree to maintain secrecy associated
with the Alpha Test until such time that Metaspace Studios releases such information publicly. For
purposes of example and not limitation, you agree that you will not disclose the following:
- General comments about the systems utilized in Fleets, including, but not limited to, the races, ships, combat, research, communication, grouping, outposts, and monetary systems.
- Any general comments regarding the storyline behind Fleets, including, but not limited to the story itself, non-player characters, art, player races, etc.
